Sometimes people call us wanting to have a quote just fired off over the phone.  We prefer to set a time to meet in person to look at the project together.  This way, we make notes for our quote exactly about what areas are to be included, and excluded.  We sometimes also make notes of special circumstances that just aren’t visible to us when you call.  These could be things such as if the current paint on a surface is oil, how difficult or high up the surfaces are, how much furniture needs moving, how much surface preparation is needed, and so on.  This lets us give accurate quotations that we can both come back to later.
